We have loved teaching children’s pole and pole silks classes since September’23. Classes run on Thursdays and are term time only.
Our next block of classes starts 24th April ’25 and runs until 22nd May’25 (Please note there are NO classes on Thursday 8th May).

*Spinning Spiders (5-8yrs)* Thursdays 4.45pm- 5.30pm
Our next block of classes starts 24th April’25.
These classes are all about having fun and building confidence. Introducing children to the world of aerials in a very relaxed and friendly environment. The class will start with a fun warm up, followed by some fitness game before learning some moves on the Pole and Pole Silks. Each week children will learn a few moves, gradually building these up to compose a simple routine. These sessions are great for improving muscle tone, balance, coordination and above all confidence.
*Funky Monkeys (9-13yrs)* Thursdays 5.35pm- 6.20pm
Our next block of classes starts 24th April’25.
These classes will start with a fun warm up and game, followed by some conditioning exercises. The children will then learn moves on both the Pole and Pole Silks including spins, climbs, seats, and inverting in a hitch on the silks. These sessions are great for improving muscle tone, balance, coordination, flexibility and above all confidence. Each week, children will focus on a few moves, gradually building these up into a short routine.
Progress can be followed on our private social pages and we hope to showcase your children’s skills to parents at the end of term.
Pricing
Classes run in blocks, term time only (blocks vary in length depending on term time length and hall availability)
5-8yrs and 9-13yrs (45mins class)- 6 week block- £45, 5 week block- £37.50 or 4 week block £30.
Pay as you go costs:
5-8yrs and 9-13yrs – £8.50
Our blocks are non-refundable once the course has started.
